What is Project Methodology?
Project Methodology is an analytical process undertaken to ensure proper consideration is given and action taken to ensure a project is completed with emphasis on time, cost, quality, safety and client focus.
How does this benefit a customer?
The steps shown in 'italics' are formalised processes built into TCQ's management system. The processes have been derived through years of experience, are tried and tested, and give the customer comfort and surety of performance.
Project Methodology provides a 'roadmap' to ensure the customer gains the benefit of our efficiency, knowledge and many years of experience - Once a contract is formalised it all happens - from day one.

Steps
l Delegate a personalised client manager
l Client Consultation. Define what is important to the customer.
l Define the issues and outcomes that effect your business.
l Undertake a comprehensive analysis of the 'finished product'. Particularly project finishes and functionality. In simple terms understand the finish before we start.
l Analyse how the finished product will be achieved. Consider alternative construction methods and cost savings which may reduce the contract price.
l Log desired outcomes and progressive milestones.
l Highlight 'key risks' at our pre-construction, construction and maintenance analysis.
l Confirm and reflect within a comprehensive 'Project Plan', all key risks as well as 'must achieve' outcomes. This Project Plan is the cornerstone of the project.
l Monitor outcomes progressively. Manage and update the Project Plan as needs arise.
l Initiate and ensure regular formal meetings are held with the customer. Manage and update Project Plan - ensure the customer is fully informed on modifications to the Project Plan.
l Have an open door policy at all times where company executives are available to the customer.
